This cohort series is designed for organizations at any stage of organizational development, whether you are building systems for the first time or strengthening what already exists. Many organizations fall somewhere in between—having some policies, processes, or leadership engagement in place, but lacking consistency, clarity, or accountability across the organization.
Participants may be navigating uneven leadership involvement or policies and procedures that exist on paper but are difficult to implement day to day. Others may have solid foundations but still feel stalled, misaligned, or unsure how to move from effort to effectiveness.
This cohort meets organizations where they are and focuses on establishing, clarifying, and strengthening the core infrastructure needed for sustainability. Through guided learning and practical application, organizations will align leadership, define clear roles and expectations, improve accountability, and build systems that support long-term impact—whether those systems are being created for the first time or refined for greater effectiveness.
- Format: Five 2-hour virtual group sessions delivered over nine months, plus three 1.5-hour individual coaching sessions. One individual session will be scheduled prior to the start of the cohort, one following the conclusion of the group sessions, and one scheduled during the nine-month period at the organization’s request. Additional individual sessions are available for an additional fee.
- Cohort Participants: Each organization receives one virtual meeting link.
- Cost: $5,125 per organization. Organizations that register by May 31, 2026, receive a $500 early registration discount, for a total of $4,625.
